In November 2019, my son was arrested for allegedly committing a serious crime in a rural town in the State of Oregon. He was facing a minimum 9yr. sentence. I did what the majority of people do and hired an attorney.

The attorney and judge agreed they knew my son was innocent but due to the racial climate in the town the cards were stacked against him.

They went back and forth with various plea deals all of which included a lengthy prison sentence and admission of guilt. Prior to this my son had never been in trouble for anything and the thought of him having to go to prison for something I knew he didn't do was unfathomable.

I was at my wits end and didn't know where to turn when I was referred to Justice for All Reentering Under the Constitution of Public Policy, Inc. Mr. Johnson went into action right away and advised me and my son on what we should and should not do. He was very attentive, caring, concerned and was hands on and easily accessible. Even speaking to the attorney at great length about my son's case.

His knowledge of the Constitution and Justice System. His passion for fighting for those who find themselves in that predicament, supersedes anything I've seen. If it had not been for Mr. Johnson guiding my son and my family through this process, my son would currently be incarcerated.

I am so happy to say because of Mr. Rick Johnson my son is free with no condition from he state of Oregon. We give thanks to God and Mr. Rick Johnson for doing his work. He truly will dedicate his heart, mind, body, soul and time to get Justice for All!
