Housing

  • All Americans have a right to fair housing, without being discriminated against in the greatest country on earth.
  • It is unconstitutional and unamerican to discriminate against any person based on race and their past. Housing is a human right issue not to be determined based on your past conviction. Any citizen that has the ability to pay particularly a non-violent offender should be able to obtain an apartment in the state of Georgia and the United States of America.

Convicted felonies are being discriminated against due to their past conviction to get an apartment under their name this is unconstitutional and what makes it unconstitutional is the fair housing act of 1965. This act guarantees that all Americans should not be discriminated due to race, gender, sexual orientation as well as people with negative records. Your past does not determine your future. Housing is a human right not a past conviction right.
