At Justice for All Reentering Under the Constitution of Public Policy, Inc. in Alpharetta, Georgia, you can count on me to be on your side as you re-enter society. Find a place to live and get a good job. Together, we can make a difference not just for you, but for others as well. Life on the outside should be lived fully and not met with fear and anxiety.

Everybody can be great ... because anybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love.

– Martin Luther King, Jr.

A negative record stop the ability for having the right to vote as well as living a full potential life as an American citizen and no American should be classified as a second class citizen on the basis of a past mistake or a bad choice. All Americans should have equal rights and justice for all and no discrimination under these current laws.

We, Justice For All, reaching out to our youth to offer a service that we are advocating for non violent offences such as

  • Juveniles: We offer classes in how to avoid problem with law enforcement ,Lectures on your right as an American citizen and how to be compliant with the law.
  • Vocational Training: Working with two year colleges that offer vocational training such as; Carpentery, Plumbing, Electrician and Cosmetologist as well as Barber school. etc.
  • Mental Health Treatment: We will be working with each city and county facility, to offer affordable mental health treatment as well as all religious and faith based leaders in the community. Our society is being plagued by mental illnesses that have not been treated and I am asking all of our citizens to support this cause.
  • The State of Georgia, as well as all 49 states, has excessive bail, meaning, unconstitutional to excessive bail. Our constitution and declaration of human rights states that; all american citizens have the right to reasonable bond. Excessive bond,by keeping people in county jail, forcing them to plea guilty is un-American and against our constitution and declaration of human rights. Our system of bail must be reformed in The State of Georgia and around the country, we must end cash bail system. "Fulton, Dekalb and other surrounding counties as well around the country, and we must end cash bail system NOW" County, These current laws on the books are outdated and are a part of Jim Crow's laws of the old south. I am demanding that all citizens of this great nation that have loved ones and family members incarcerated in the County jails of America, help us to push legislation in the Congress of The United States and The U.S. Senate,so that all state legislators reform all of these outdated laws that are currently on the books. The Declaration of Human Rights Article 4 states: "No one shall be held in slavery or servitude, slavery and the Slave Trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.'' Article 7 of the Declaration of Human Rights states :"All are equal before the Law and are are entitled, without any discrimination to equal protection of the Law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination."

We hear at Justice for All will be working to help all citizens become more productive in our State and our Country. Working with our local city and count jail to offer GED classes and other type of programs that will target our youth from drugs and any other none violent crimes.

I dedicate my heart and soul to fight for justice and equality. As Apostle Paul stated: "I Rick Johnson, offered myself, my mind, my body and soul as a living sacrifice for justice for ALL people and serve humanity."
